Do You Ship?

Yes, We Offer Shipping!
We want to make bringing your new puppy home as easy as possible. You can pick up your puppy at your closest airport, or choose home delivery for extra convenience. Just let us know what works best for you!

Our Basset Hound puppies are usually ready to go to their new homes at 8 weeks old. Sometimes, we keep a few puppies a little longer to see if they might be a good fit for show or breeding. If those puppies become available later, we’ll be sure to let you know!

We want your new puppy to start life healthy and strong! That’s why all of our Basset Hound puppies are vaccinated and wormed three times before they go to their new homes.
We’ll also give you a health record and a recommended schedule for future shots, worming, spaying, or neutering-so you’ll always know what’s next!
Here’s what your puppy gets before coming home:
5 weeks:

  • Nobivac DPv vaccine
  • Strongid-T de-worming

7 weeks:

  • Nobivac Canine 1-DAPPV vaccine
  • Panacure de-worming

9 weeks:

  • Nobivac Canine 1-DAPPv vaccine
  • Strongid-T de-worming

12 weeks:

  • Nobivac Canine 1-DAPPV vaccine
  • Panacure de-worming

What is DAPPV?
DAPPV protects your puppy from serious illnesses: Distemper, Hepatitis, Adenovirus, Parainfluenza, and Parvovirus.

Just check the age of the puppy you’re interested in to see which vaccinations they’ve already had!

Our Basset Hound puppies come with a 1-year health guarantee because their well-being is always our top priority.
If, for any reason, you ever decide you can’t keep your dog-no matter how old they are-we kindly ask that you return the dog to us. We want to make sure every dog we breed has a safe and loving home for life.
We truly care about the health of every puppy we raise. Not just because it’s important for breeding, but because we love our dogs and want them to be happy and healthy. That’s why we keep track of their health throughout their lives.
If your dog ever has a health problem, please let us know. It helps us continue to learn and improve, and it means a lot to us!

All of our breeding parents are AKC registered, and every litter we raise is registered with the AKC too.
What does this mean for you?
Pet puppies come with limited AKC registration (this means they’re meant for loving homes, not for breeding or showing).
Breeding or show prospects come with full AKC registration.
You can name your puppy whatever you like at home! Just keep in mind that puppies who are breeding, show, obedience, or agility prospects will have a registered name that starts with our kennel name.

All of our Basset Hound puppies are carefully checked for any defects at birth and again before they go to their new homes. If we find anything, it will always be clearly noted in the sales contract, so you know exactly what to expect.
It’s important to remember that most hereditary diseases can’t be seen in puppies under 1 year old. But to give you peace of mind, we provide a 1-year health guarantee that covers hereditary and congenital diseases and defects.
Your puppy’s health and happiness are our top priority!

A microchip is a small, safe way to help bring your puppy home if they ever get lost or stolen. It’s about the size of a grain of rice and is placed just under the skin between the shoulder blades. The process is quick and almost painless-kind of like getting a shot-and takes only about 10 seconds.
If your puppy ever gets lost, a Humane Society, vet, or Animal Control can scan the chip. They’ll contact you right away, so your puppy spends as little time as possible away from home.
All of our puppies are microchipped before they leave us. This gives you peace of mind. If no one can reach you, they’ll contact us, and we’ll make sure your dog is safe.
As a responsible breeder, I believe every dog we raise has a home with us for life. The microchip helps make sure that if something ever happens, your dog can always find their way back.

On average, we have about 2 to 3 litters each year. Some of our dogs live with friends and family, and not all of our females have puppies every year -we always put their health and well-being first.
From time to time, we also help our friends plan or breed their dogs, so you might see puppies from those special pairings too!

We don’t hold puppies without a deposit. Bringing a puppy into your life is a big and important commitment, and we want to make sure every puppy finds a loving forever home.
In the past, we’ve had people change their minds, and that meant some puppies missed the chance to join a family who really wanted them. That’s why we now ask for a deposit before we can hold a puppy for you.
Thank you for understanding-we want the best for our puppies and their future families!

We know how exciting it is to meet a new puppy, but letting visitors handle young puppies can spread diseases from one litter to another. Even if you don’t mean to, germs can be carried on your hands, shoes, or clothes.
That’s why I ask anyone who visits to shower and wear clean clothes and shoes-it helps keep our puppies safe and healthy.
I understand this might seem strict, but the puppies’ health comes first. Don’t worry-you can still see lots of updated pictures and sometimes videos on our website, so you can watch your puppy grow!
